On 31-Mar-2003, the group completed reorganization with aradyme development corporation which is accounted as a reverse acquisition. Prior to Mar 2003, the group was a holding company for svetlana aviation, inc., through which it operated a charter airline business. As a result of the reorganization, the group discontinued the operations of its wholly-owned subsidiary, svetlana aviation, inc. The group is in development stage.
