The group's principal activities are to provide oilfield services and equipment. The group's operations are carried through three business segments: casing services, directional drilling services and compressed air drilling services. The casing services are used during drilling and the completion phase of well. Air compression equipment provides cost-effective alternative to traditional drilling methods for certain types of reservoirs. Drilling operations are found in the Middle East, Latin America, western Canada and other areas. The group's major customers are el paso production oil & gas, materiales y equipos petroleros, anadarko petroleum corporation, burlington resources oil & gas co lp and calpine corporation. On 23-Sep-2004, the group acquired safco-oil field products inc.
