The mtx massively parallel test system is designed to reduce the cost of memory testing by performing both test and burn-in on thousands of devices simultaneously. The fox is a full wafer contact burn-in and parallel test system designed to make contact with all pads of a wafer simultaneously. The diepak carrier product line includes reusable temporary die carriers and associated sockets. The group markets and sells its products to semiconductor manufacturers, semiconductor contract assemblers, electronics manufacturers and burn-in and test service companies. The group has foreign operations in Asia and Europe.
