The hi-tronics designs and o.e.m. Segment provides contract development and o.e.m. Manufacturing of electro-mechanical devices. The group markets products to physicians. On 27-Mar-2003, the group acquired certain assets and operations of sun medical, inc., on 4-Sep-2003, comedical, inc. And state of the art medical products on 1-Nov-2003.
