The chemical products consist of water-based primers and adhesives; water-based coatings and resins for the printing and packaging industry and water-based chemical additives cosmetic, medical and related adhesives and formulations. The chemical products are sold to customers located in the United States, Australia and Europe. The medical device product line consists of proprietary devices used in the treatment of joint pain, postoperative edema and tinnitus. The medical equipment are sold or leased to customers located in the United States and Asia. Medical equipment and medical devices are manufactured in accordance with customer specification on a contract basis.
