Zuudi Sakakihara (68), graduated in Law from the Law Faculty of the Federal University of Paraná. He completed post-graduate studies in Tax Law at PUC São Paulo and in Civil Proceedings from the National University of Brasília. He has taught Tax Law at the Paraná Federal Magistrates School since 1996 and is a visiting professor in Tax Law for graduates at the State University of Londrina UEL and PUC Paraná. He was a federal judge in Londrina and Curitiba between September, 1993 and April 6, 2004, when he retired, and has been a professor in the Superior Federal Magistrates School since 1998. He was a Tax Law professor in the Public Law Department of the Federal University of Paraná from 1971 to 1993; Legal Officer at Banco BHM de Investimentos from 1990 to 1993; a Legal Officer in several financial, service and commercial companies from 1969 to 1990; and a member of the Taxpayers’ Committee of the Paraná State Government from 1977 to 1988.
He became Copel’s Legal Officer on June 30, 2006. |
