Mr. Beckemeier is a Senior Associate in the firm's Civil Litigation Practice.

Mr. Beckemeier is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri as well as the Southern District of Illinois. He is also licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Beckemeier has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Specifically, he has experience in matters involving products liability, general liability, errors and omissions, and intentional torts such as assault and battery and malicious prosecution and defamation.
He brings to Evans & Dixon, case experience in: amputations, asbestosis, assaults/violent acts, back injuries/pain, blindness, body systems, bruises, contusions, chemical burns, contact with objects and equipment, cumulative trauma, cuts, lacerations, falls, fatalities, fires and explosions, fractures, harmful substances, head injuries/pain, heat burns, infectious diseases, upper and lower extremities, misfiled drug prescriptions, multiple traumatic injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, neck injuries/pain, paraplegia/quadriplegia, permanent disabilities, poisoning, pulmonary disorders, respiratory conditions, severe crush injuries, (severe) heat (and chemical) burns, skin diseases/disorders, sprains, strains, breaks, tears and tendonitis. Previously, Mr. Beckemeier served on the Executive Committee of the Lawyers Association and the Unauth. Practice of BAMSL. He was also a member of the American Bar Association.
