Anna Wei is a Director with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. Drawing on her broad financial services experiences, Anna astutely assesses candidate potential and fit, providing clients timely execution and talent focused on success. A member of the firm’s Global Financial Services Practice, Anna serves wealth management, asset management, and investment banking clients. She has successfully completed assignments for senior roles such as managing directors and group heads. Anna also has been instrumental in structuring global teams charged with implementation of geographic and product growth strategies. Since entering the search industry in 1996, Anna’s practice has been dedicated to serving clients in financial services. Previously she was a principal with Rhodes Associates’ Financial Services Group and a consultant in Heidrick & Struggles’ Financial Services Practice. Her deep understanding of the financial services industry and its talent requirements is a product of her experience as an institutional equity sales representative with Shearson Lehman Brothers and Dominion Securities and as client marketing liaison with Morgan Grenfell Investment Services. In this role, she raised funds for investment in international equities, international bonds, and domestic small capitalization stocks. Her corporate career includes being an account executive with Tiffany & Company and IBM.A graduate of Tufts University, Anna earned an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is based in the firm’s New York headquarters.
