Before his transition into the Information Technology world in 1995, Mr. Brand served 10 years with General Cinema Corporation managing unit operations. Due to the explosive growth that the theatre industry saw in the early 1990's, individual theatre traffic and revenues took a sharp decline. This decline led him to make a career change and IT seemed to be the most logical.

Allan has served in several key IT management positions since 1995, and has worked in the web hosting industry since 2000. As Director of IT Operations, Brand oversees the operations at each of C I Host's data centers, its overall technical support operation, and its network/server operations staff. His background also includes several years of high volume call center management.

Allan is also active in many IT and call center regional conferences. He completed his education at Southern Methodist University's management program in 1999.
