Alfred G. Merriweather is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. From 1999 to 2001, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Citadon, Inc., a software company. From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Merriweather was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Symphonix Devices, Inc., a manufacturer of implantable medical devices. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Merriweather was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of LipoMatrix, Inc., a medical device company based in Neuchatel, Switzerland. Prior to that, Mr. Merriweather was Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Laserscope, a manufacturer of surgical laser systems. Mr. Merriweather holds a BA from the University of Cambridge, England.
