Professional Experience
Mr. Hearty is licensed to practice law in California and New York. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation matters. He has represented banks, energy companies and government agencies in a number of high profile lawsuits and he also represents individual business owners and start-up companies. Mr. Hearty is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation in both state and federal court, including discovery, law and motion, expert work and trial preparation.
In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Hearty also has significant experience in counseling individual business owners, partnerships and corporations on a variety of business matters including trademark infringement, incorporation and real estate issues. As a native of Ireland, Mr. Hearty also assists Irish businesses seeking to enter the U.S. market.
