Kieran McTague is Executive Vice President for fundraising at Changing Our World. Kieran has worked intensively with several nonprofit organizations improving internal management and working to install an array of innovative fundraising programs that meet their operating, facility, endowment and special purpose funding needs. Prior to joining the firm, Kieran served as Vice President for Development and Alumnae Relations at Emmanuel College in Boston, Massachusetts. During his tenure at Emmanuel, Kieran directed the successful completion of the first Capital Campaign in the history of the College. He also helped to build the capacity and increase revenue from program areas including the annual fund, corporations & foundations and special events. Kieran began his fundraising career with an international fundraising firm with an emphasis on capital campaigns. Kieran has many years of experience as a fundraising consultant. He has worked with a New York based consulting firm providing fundraising, management and communications assistance to educational and social service organizations. He also worked with a New Jersey based consulting firm specializing in healthcare fundraising. Kieran spent six years as the Director for Parish Fundraising for the Archdiocese of New York. During his tenure with the Archdiocese, more than $42 million was raised for the Cardinal’s Annual Appeal and more than $8 million was raised from parish capital campaigns over a five-year period. In addition, Kieran oversaw the design, organization and direction of an Archdiocesan-wide capital campaign The Parish Campaign. This campaign exceeded its initial goal of $100 million and, at the time, was the most ambitious Archdiocesan Capital Campaign in history. Kieran, his wife Catherine, and three children live in Fairfield, Connecticut. He holds a BA in English from Manhattan College. |
