Joseph Listengart is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Knight Inc. (f/k/a Kinder Morgan, Inc.) , Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: KMP) and Kinder Morgan Management, LLC (NYSE: KMR). In that capacity, he is responsible for managing and overseeing the legal functions of these companies. Prior to joining Kinder Morgan, he worked as an attorney for Hitchins, Wheeler & Dittmar from 1995 to 1998.
Mr. Listengart received a J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University where he also earned a master's degree in business administration. In addition, he holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Stanford University.
