David Hollister joined Bentley in 2007 and is the company’s CFO. Prior to joining Bentley, Mr. Hollister was the CFO and a member of the board of directors for Broder Bros., Co., a $1 billion apparel distributor with publicly traded debt. During his five-year tenure, Mr. Hollister was instrumental in more than doubling the scale of the company’s business through raising capital, executing and integrating acquisitions, restructuring the distribution network, and growing the company’s private brands. Mr. Hollister also served as a director in the M&A Transaction Services practice at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP, where he specialized in international transactions. He is a C.P.A. and earned an M.B.A. at the University of Michigan. |
