The group's principal activity was to produce and market a line of medium to luxurious women's clothing and fashion brands. On 17-Mar-2003, the group terminated all of its business activities. The group is changing its focus and now looks to enter into the biotechnology, nutraceutical, nanotechnology and communications sectors of the economy.
